Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

At iGizmo, we ensure that every product delivered meets quality standards. However, in case of any issue, we are here to help.

🔁 Replacement / Refund Eligibility:
We offer Replacement or Refund only if:
- The product is received in a damaged, broken, or non-working condition.

🎥 Mandatory Condition:
- An unboxing video is REQUIRED at the time of delivery.
- The video must clearly show the package being opened and the issue with the product.
- Claims without a proper unboxing video will NOT be accepted.

📦 Pickup Process:
- Once your claim is approved, our courier partner will pick up the product from your address.
- The product must be packed properly in original packaging.

⏱ Replacement Time:
- After successful pickup, the replacement product will be dispatched within 24–48 hours.

💰 Refund Policy:
- If replacement is not available, a full refund will be processed.
- Refund will be credited within 5–7 business days after approval.

❌ Not Covered:
- Used or physically damaged products after delivery
- No unboxing video
- Wrong usage or mishandling
